The iPhone has yet another new navigation app this week in the form of the MotionX-GPS Drive.
Fullpower Technologies, a Californian start-up company are the people who bring us this new navigation app and by all accounts they plan on competing with the big boys.
The application is by far the cheapest we have seen and offers a lot of bang for the buck. Selling at just $2.99 per month, or $24.99 for a one year subscription, the MotionX-GPS Drive is certainly value for money.
The MotionX-GPS Drive is an off-board application based on NAVTEQ map data and deCarta's geospatial platform which also offers Bing Local search (Microsoft) and traffic information. The only real complaints I have found about the app so far is that it doesn’t offer text-to-speech and the screen buttons are a little small.
You can check out all the features the app has to offer by clicking here.
